I had that problem before because it seems that the video plays faster than it is downloaded to my computer. So what I've done is as soon as it starts playing, pause it and let it completely download first, then unpause and the whole video should play straight through. You can tell if it is comepletely downloaded by the little bar thats behind the play bar (okay I forgot what the bars are actually called, but the bar that displays how much of the video has actually played also shows another bar behind it, kind of stripy, and when it is full the download is complete and the video shouild play.)

Everything seems to working on my end, both in IE and firefox. Try deleting your browser's cache and see if that helps. The instructions are very easy to follow so you shouldn't have any problems.

Randy, I am asking you because if I understand correctly, you set up this social network. I am having trouble trying to view Katsy Joiner's video. I watched it before with no problems, and it had much to do with me ordering my furniture. Now my furniture is here and I want to try to assemble it. I am trying to watch the video again just as a refresher on how it is done. I can't seem to get it to play.
I get a message saying done, but with errors when I click on
that video. Can you try and see if you have a similar problem, and if not can you give me any suggestions. Thanks. I think your idea for this site was great.
